Registration Fees

Registration for the conference includes attendance of all sessions and invited lectures, including the Symposium (20 April), all coffee breaks, lunch, conference dinner (19 April), book of abstracts, publication fees and delegate pack.  

A 'Windsor Town Walk' OR tour of RCUK CSEF Centre at Brunel University London are available during the morning of Friday 21 April, with transport included.  Numbers are limited therefore if you wish to participate in either of these events, please select when registering.

The Conference Fees are as follows:

*Student registration must be accompanied by a letter from Head of Department / School / Institute confirming full-time student status.

Authors must register and present their papers at the conference.  Failure to pay correct conference fee will exclude the paper from the conference proceedings.  Participants without papers submitted can attend the conference by registering and paying registration fees.  Please note that we will not be able to take any payment on-site during the conference.

Cancellation, Replacements and Refunds

All cancellations of Conference Registration Fee, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the ICSEF 2017 Conference Chair via email to: food.energy@brunel.ac.uk.  Cancellations received no later than 17 March will be refunded in full EXCEPT for the administrative fee of £50.  Refund requests received after 17 March may not be considered.  No cash refunds will be made at the Conference.  All refunds will be processed and paid by bank transfer after the conference.
