Abstract preparation guidelines

The abstract (maximum 500 words) should contain the title of the paper, contact person, authors and their affiliations, keywords, together with a summary of the paper and its main contributions.  There is no strict format requirements.

The primary conference theme area and topic to which the paper is most relevant should be quoted. 

It should be noted that only electronically submitted abstracts in Word or ‘PDF’ format will be considered and will be published in a book of abstracts.

English will be used for all printed material, as well as for the technical presentations and discussions.

Abstract uploading instructions

Visit https://icsef2017.exordo.com where you will be required to set up an account with Exordo, the abstract submission system.  When you submit your abstract, you will need to select one of the main conference themes.

Abstract submission deadline: 21 February 2017

Notification of abstract acceptance will be given by 28 February 2017

Notification of paper acceptance will be given by 20 March 2017

Note: Authors are able to check and edit submitted files up until the abstract submission deadline
