The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Resource Use in Food Chains was held in Paphos, Cyprus between 17th to 19th October 2018.

It brought together researchers from both academia and industry to cover the full breadth of energy and resource uses in food chains.

Alongside the conference a workshop Energy Recovery Conversion and Management 'ERCoM 2018' ran in parallel  The objective of the workshop  was to report on the latest thinking, new approaches, technology developments and practices for waste heat recovery, its efficient uilisation and conversion to different forms such as electrical power.
